Shadow looked back at the dogs chasing them and continued at a gallop dodging trees as she ran.

"Blood drifted to sleep shivering. He was exhausted from the lack of sleep the night before.The pain from his wounds and the cooled wind blowing through the woods mad it impossible for him to stop shivering.

Spice started galloping back to the herd she looked back to see if Heliotrope was following.

Buck slowed to a rather lazy trot.
River blotted ahead. She looked behind at Buck.

Shadow soon saw a smaller river with thick woods on the other side. "Come on!" Shadow said and started towards it.

Buck followed.

Shadow ran across the shallow part of the river then started running circles in the trees.

Buck was confused but mimicked Shadow.

Beauty copied Shadow but made wider circles that overlapped.

Shadow finished and ran into the river again but this time into the deep part that she could barley stand in.

Buck stopped. "What exactly are we doing?"

"Distracting them." Beauty said and followed Shadow into the water.
