Texas

Thank you!
Texas also welcomed me back...
I'd lost the habit of shaking out my boots, until I tugged on my mucks (sitting on the porch in October) and discovered a red wasp had leased it out!
Of course our new neighbors were driving by when I hit the ground screaming like a crazy person!
It's great to be back with
Garden gloves are a big nope (except when dealing with thorns, and then I shake and squash the gloves just to be really really sure!)

Years ago we attended a wedding near Boerne. It was night when we were leaving the rural, rustic reception hall. I kept hearing crunching as we walked and as I was packing up the kids, my husband turned on the headlights. The ground in front of the car was literally moving….swarm of tarantulas. Of course there was a lot of screaming.

That is how I will always remember Cousin Jackie’s wedding. 😱

Thanks for the nightmares... 😅
