Spice quickly weaved through the thick trees she had known for years and ran into the next small clearing.

Heliotrope followed. Sugar wanted to help but kept running she stopped when she was about a mile away and hid.

Blood bucked the wolves off his back and kicked at them but they jumped back up and kept biting him. After awhile the wolves started getting tired. You could no longer see his black coat through the blood and wounds. With his last burst of energy he kicked at one of the alpha wolves hitting it in the head. It yelped and fell to the ground motionless. One of the other alpha wolves walked up to it and sniffed it. Then it growled at Blood and ran away with the other wolves. Blood lifted his head in pride, took a couple steps forward then fell to the ground.

As spice galloped down the rough path rock walls on both sides started to form and weave with the path.

Sugar waited and waited it seemed like forever she wanted to wait for at least an hour before returning she finally guessed it had been an hour she ran back home she spotted Blood and sprinted over too him.
