Wow, beautiful birds.

Do they require any special care? Do they need heat in the winter? Do they fly out of the pen a lot? Thanks!

They don't really require special care and are like any other chicken, really. However weather can be a little chilly for them in the winter and you might want to keep an eye on them and make sure they're warm enough due to having less layers of feathers on their bodies. And flightiness varies bird to bird. Mine tend to run around a lot, otherwise they're very docile.
