I was considering this, but I didn't want to hurt any of the other judge's feelings if they were really into judging this contest. I honestly prefer a poll.

How would this work? We have several categories; should we change the contest so we pick a single Modern Game or make several polls?​

either is fine with me if you are still looking for answers if you rather make one poll i would just have all of the entries in one and just have one winner

I'd prefer if it stayed similar to what I had already; but maybe we could do one poll like you suggested and figure out the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners by who voted the most and what not.
