I went to Ace Hardware with my (then) 13 year old daughter.
She was wearing a red t-shirt and shorts.
Someone asked her for help finding some item they needed.
It was funny b/c she is petite and looks younger than her true age.
I said, “Sorry she doesn’t work here.”
Fast forward to 15 almost 16.
She wanted a first job and ended up going in for an interview at the same Ace.
Landed the job and worked there three years.

based on the getup you described i can understand how someone might mistake you for an employee

How? The employees there are dressed nothing like I was. The employees there wear a red T-shirt and slacks, not a cyclist getup (hunting jacket is camo BTW)

another tumultuous happening that has occurred has to with my beef with the boxcutters i have currently.

the first one i got was free bc it was one of the free ones they give employees and that thing you have to push on a slidey thing to get the blade out so you can use it when you let go of the slidey thing its supposed to retract and it also gets jammed and doesnt go back in like it is supposed to.

so i decide to buy a new one i made the mistake of buying cheap and bought a 3 dollar black diamond cutter SUCKED EVEN MORE BLADE DOESNT even retrack so its a hazard cant have that

i have a feeling im going to end up liking the smaller one more since i have small hands for a guy

i also need to buy a new wallet bc mine ended up in the wash my money and everythign was fine but the leather of my wallet is toast
