Kristy rested on the couch for awhile then she decided to go out and check on the horses. Frost nickered softly as she saw her walking torward the barn.
 
Nohea looked out the window, watching the ocean down below. She could almost feel the breeze of the ocean. She couldn't wait to go surf. Her thoughts where interrupted with the sound of the intercom announcing to buckle up for the landing. A rush of excitement surged through her. Again she was back at the place she loved. She left for the baggage claim and collected her bag. She was reunited with her animals and drove to the island resort where she would stay.

Kristy walked into the barn and up to Frost. She stroked her soft white neck and continued to check on the other horses. As she approached Splashes stall she saw a yellow sticky note hanging from his stall. She took it off a started to read it when Splash bolted at her. She jumped back startled ,looking up at the untrained horse. Splash raised his head like he was proud of what he did and walked back out of the stall.
She took a deep breath and began to read again. The note read,
"Dear Kristy,
Please try to work with Splash while I'm gone. I think it would be good to have a new person working with him and I would like to have him trained before the Summer tourist rush.

She smiled, put the note in her pocket and continued to check on the other horses.

Honu was driving along when she heard a "POP"! It was her car tire, she had run over a nail. Honu said " Oh, I won't be able to make it to the boat on time" as she opened the door to let Raja out. She looked up and said "Well, it's gonna be a long walk. We better get going." Then Raja ran up next to Honu and they started walking.

As Kristy was walking taking care of the horses she decided to take Frost and Ginger out for some exercise. She saddled up Frost and tied Ginger's lead rope to the saddle. "Come on Mist. You can come too."She said and started Frost into a trot down the drive way.
 
As she got closer she slowed Frost to a walk. Mist quietly growled unsure of them. "Now, Now Mist it's OK."Kristy said nearing Honu. "Hello", she said.
