(They are heading to the mountains to look for a way out. Before that they left the cave and got some food, then they started heading to the mountains. That's where we are now. )

Cayden was way behind the others, she had foolishly went to see where Fritz had run off to. She was worried about him. But that wolf was jet black and he was long gone. When she got back to the cave they were all gone. She had a moment of pure panic..but wait...use your nose you fool! She scolded herself. So she put her nose to the ground and it was clear as if it was a map. She started following their scent.

"What do you have against it?" Khali asked Caroline.

"It isn't our home."Caroline replied. "For starters.."

"I like it here anyway." Said Khali smiling.

Caroline sighed and kept walking.

Kim was following the others when she noticed that Cayden was missing. She quickly turned around and started looking for her.

Khali walked close to Caroline. The least she could do is let her know she cares. She looked around. The woods almost seemed to get thicker as they went on.

Cayden was covering ground fast. At first running with nose to the ground was not as easy as bloodhounds maded it look! But now she could leap over fallen trees and other obstacles that was in her path all the while staying on course. Wow! This was so easy now! she was a machine, of pure animal mechanics. Her feet pumping, her breath pumping and heart under her breast pumping. She loved it! She's been more alive this past day than she's been in her whole life.

Kim quickly followed Cayden's trail. "Cayden! Cayden!" she called as she ran. She soon arrived back at the cave but there was no sign of her so she continued on the trail
