Sydney and Justin were still at the lake when Justin growled suddenly, drawing closer to Sydney.

"What is it?" She asked, looking around.

"Strange wolves" He growled just as several shapes became visable on the other side of the lake.

The leader was large and black as night, his eyes pale green and narrowed slightly. Behind him came a slender brown and white she-wolf and a beigh colored he-wolf with darker patches of grey and black around his neck and hind end. All three looked much older then both Justin and Sydney and had the elegance of a pack instead of just rogues. The black one which is obviously the leader moved forwards, coming around the lake towards Justin and Sydney. The other two followed at his flanks, their eyes pricked and alert as they approached them.

"Go ahead, though I'm not so sure about that new leader. I don't even know him, so how did he even get his way?" She shook her head and changed the subject. "Have you met Derich yet?" asked Qamar, motioning to the emo boy walking beside her.

"I don't know. Aldric never gave the position to him.. Now I am not sure about wanting Deputy......." She frowned. "No, I haven't. Hello, Derich." She smiled

Reine wound her arm around Jerome's and pointed to the newcomer. In an instant, the couple were a few yards away. "Hello," Jerome said. Reine smiled.

Justin regarded them suspiciously "Why have we not run into you before?"

"We haven't been around this area much" Jayce replied "Our usual territory is in Northern Canada but began moving this way several weeks ago. Since this area is pretty unpopulated as far as wolves go, I've decided to stay."

Sydney thought for a moment, then replied "I'll join"

Justin nodded, glacing at her "Me aswell"
