You really should. My go-to chocolate cake is completely vegan. Most moist cake you'll ever eat.

It ceases being vegan when I frost it though. Nothing better than butter cream!

Agreed. I put mayo in all my cakes. You can't taste it, but they are waaaay better with it than without it.

Same goes when I put white vinegar in my cakes. Can't taste it, but you absolutely want it in there.

Goofy Cake has vinegar in it, too! It activates the baking soda.

Never thought of putting mayo and/or mustard with meatloaf, I must say. It sounds pretty good!
I usually put on ketchup and lots of onion. It's very good on rye bread.

No pics, but I had a bagel sandwich with shaved ribeye, muenster cheese, grilled green bell peppers-onions-mushrooms, lettuce, tomato and mayo.

It took me years to try it and then only after I found out why anyone would do that to a perfectly good cake. Well, it wasn't perfectly good before . It really does taste good. Although I can tell in most recipes.

You really should. Forget the vegan part and just make a delicious Wacky Cake and enjoy Thats one of the names it goes by.
