I am really fascinated by a Canadian drama from ~2007-2009 titled "The Listener."

Tile going down in the upstairs bathroom. Ceiling fixed and basically no damage to the subfloor! Wonderful news there. We thought we were keeping the old tub but had to install new basic tub. No clue what we were getting into.

The creator/designer/idiot who made this house left the bottom step wood color and carpeted the rest. We have so many people missing this step. It is a safety hazard since it blends into the fake wood floor. Fake wood holds up so much better than real wood to the dogs.

Amazing how you fall in love with a house design and then fall out once you exist in it for a few years. Yes, I'm ready to move, but 3 kids tear a place up. We are putting it back together one dollar at a time.
