I’m sorry, I should have clarified. I have no problems with meds for medical problems and if I need those, I would take them. But @Kiki is referring to meds for mental health and I really really do not think I need those. Yet. If it comes to it yet, I would. But I want to try other stuff first. I have no problems of other people need those though, I know it’s just as real, but I do not think it is a requirement for everybody or makes me immature for not wanting to jump on meds for very minor mental health things I can control myself with diet and exercise.Sometimes you don't have a choice. If I didn't take methimizole for years (until I went into remission) I would have died. I wish I didn't have to take montelukast every day for allergies, but if I don't, I can't breathe.
I'm going to sound harsh here, but you need to grow up.

I don’t think I need one.A clinical psychologist could give her the MMPI.
You need help! It’s a holiday. Nothing is open Monday. And I don’t need meds
I just need to eat better and move. Doing the latter right now.
Mental health is the same. Guess what? I'm on a low dose of escitalopram too. I was having mystery symptoms galore. Last year was the year from hell for me, and this year hasn't been great. The doctor couldn't figure it out. Once we decided to try the mental drug, guess what? Most of my symptoms went away.I’m sorry, I should have clarified. It'd help to clarify the etiology of your troubles.I don’t think I need one.
Yeah and meds aren’t just gonna magically break that. I need to see the therapist again. I was doing better then but now I haven’t seen her in two months. You need help!
Someone to help you break your habits.
