You have been told all this same stuff by many people many times.
You do not want to change your silly ways.

It would be ok and maybe we would stop trying to help you if you would just admit that you don't want to ever try, but you always seem like you want to try.
I always seem like it because I DO want to try. It’s just hard for me. And I know that sounds ridiculous but it’s true. And I HAVE tried. A ton. And I always fall back into it it. I hate it. I feel like shit when I eat like this. The snacks and ice cream and stuff? Fine, I’ll admit I don’t think I could ever quit that stuff completely. I do enjoy it. But the crackers for dinner shit? It pisses even me off whether you see it or not.
