He found recipe online as my romaine is growing out of control in the garden!!! He chose 2 full romaine....cleaned and tied them then coated with olive oil and a bit of garlic and grilled....then I topped with a bit of Parmesan and it was delicious!!!!

Grilled lettuce is so good. I made carrots that taste like hot dogs... swear if you closed your eyes you’d think it was one. All a play on the correct seasoning and liquid smoke.
