➡➡ Kiki Speak

Okay, everyone, please settle down. Thank you, Kiki, for your censorship, by the way -- you know how the F-word freaks me out.
I would recommend trying to walk daily. I haven't done what used to by my usual two-mile daily walk in a while, but I always get outside and walk around or go on the swingset that we have in our backyard for a little while. Just get up and move. Instead of looking at your phone, try listening to some music while you're walking.
Eat good food. Walk to the grocery store if it's close enough and buy a bunch of veggies, fruits, and fresh meat or poultry. If you need help preparing them, PM me, and I'll walk you through it.
Move every day. Drink plenty of water, and eat good food. And stick with it!
If your shoulder hurts and you want to take a pill, take less than you usually do -- try cutting the dose in half, for example, and combine it with a heating pad, shower, or a warm drink.

Let me say this as nicely as I possibly can.
I don’t pop them!!! I’m not a damn drug addict or some shit. :th

I just happen to have a lot of pains lately. And/or a low pain tolerance I guess.

I never take it just to take it or for fun or some shit. :th

That’s just retarded.

But I suppose I do need to figure out and deal with the real reasons behind the pain(s) instead of just masking it.

Yes.

You have got to wake up and see why you are constantly having to take these pills.
You may not think you are taking them often but you are.

Thank you. :love

I already know I should be doing most of this stuff but I don’t.

I am going to start first thing tomorrow.

Smaller doses don’t work for me so I’d rather just go cold turkey and take nothing.

The grocery store I think is probably close enough to walk to, it’s just down the street, but it’s not really safe to walk to. You have to walk along a very busy road/almost highway and there’s not a sidewalk for most of it. There is a back way there that is safer but it is far longer. Plus not sure how I’d manage to carry a bunch of heavy groceries back. :th

Thank you for trying to word it better or whatever this time. :love

I know it’s extremely frustrating and stupid and stuff and I’m probably slowly killing myself with them so I really would like to stop but so far it’s proven impossible. :barnie

You’re right though that I need to figure it out because I think it’s definitely been a lot more often lately.

And even if it wasn’t, even if it was only once every couple weeks or once a month or whatever, that’s still far too often because I shouldn’t be taking it at all.

I’m just not sure how to go about it because it’s like either kill my organs or deal with the pain and neither is ideal. :barnie

But I think if I start doing the stuff Sapph mentioned, that should help hopefully.
