I ended up just drinking the ice cream and eating as much of the rest as I could and then just ditching most of the shell

The caramel on top is always bomb. I could drink that stuff. But the custard is just too firm and...jiggly for my taste. *shudders*It’s a texture thing for me also. I’ve never liked it. However, flan is awesome! It’s like a firm pudding with a light caramel puddle around it. At least the ones I get at one of our favorite Mexican restaurant are. They are so good!![]()

Or better yet, left it off altogether. Seriously my niece and nephews don't even pile that much crap on their ice creamI probably should have just put a tiny bit of the chocolate on it and then just put the rest in the fridge or trash or something since I ended up throwing it away anyway![]()
