I just sold my loudest roo. They made arrangements yesterday to buy 100 eggs and when they showed up they asked if I had birds. They wanted two. No more, no less, and they wanted an obvious boy. I showed them the boys I had separated out, and the white one has the loudest crow I have ever heard. They wanted him.

Don't forget bell peppers!

I always put in garlic, onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers.

In fact.... I put all those in just about everything.

Sometimes I cook those separate, like sauté them (except mushrooms ) but I don’t think I’d like them actually in the omelette but idk haha
