The best one that I ever had was an antique metal one that my father found at a garage sale. I made the mistake of letting my brother have it. When he no longer used it, he gave it to his son rather than return it to me. Oh well.

My memory was faulty. It does not have a suction cup but is made to be either screwed or bolted in place. Again faulty memory, it does come with suction feet but I never put them on mine.

Thanks! When I worked at Pizza Hut there was a veggie cutter (we used it for bell peppers, but it looked like it would do fries.) mounted on the wall above a work counter. I loved that thing. Truth is though, it would be silly to get one since I hardly ever need to make those kinds of cuts and haven't got room anyway. I have knives for that. (But I WANTS it!)

You can quickly cut lots of different things with it. Mounting it on a wall would make it easier to use but harder to clean.

One of the problems with the Dodge of that era, was that among other things, the doors would fall off. Mine had the motor mount bolts fall out. It was an easy fix but very annoying trying to figure out what was wrong.
