Nasty for sure!!! LOL we’ve been having a lot of red meat lately and every time I’ve had to cook it in the microwave!!!

Steaks, burgers, etc.

Once my parents brought me back a burger and it was like totally red in the middle

I microwaved the heck out of it so much the cheese burned off and I had to add my own

DH takes ours (deer that’s not meant to be cooked well done) and sautés it in hot cast iron to take out some of the pink

That's how I like my elk round steak. Oh, or seared backstrap crusted with black pepper and salt.

I'm liking the microwave less and less. (like ranch dressing with it's high caloric values). It can ruin food very quick.
