Oh yeah, sorry, forgot to answer this.

I had told SIL I could help with the dogs when I brought Lib back Wednesday cause she was gonna have a busy day but then I completely and totally forgot all about it and felt awful

But it worked out fine cause she ended up getting a bit of a break anyway and walking them and I think they also had a couple doggie playdates with their dog friends haha

But still.

I went over today though instead.

I like gluten, my body craves it. I do not have any idea how it would be if made with a gluten free flour or gluten free flour substitute.

BTW, there is a recipe buried somewhere in that thread for a gluten free flour substitute.

I LOVE gluten. My body, however, does not. I was actually hospitalized for 4 months a few years ago and couldn’t walk due celiac related vitamin deficiencies.
