I've been on omeprazole for 20 years. Depending on your age you may want to take a calcium supplement, with D3 to assist metabolization, at least 4 hours away from the omeprazole dose. Calcium can inhibit omeprazole, which is why they tell you not to take it within 4 hours of a Tums, for example, or other similar antacid. Sorry for belly troubles, they are no fun.
Thanks for the advice. I am twenty...I think I have a good metabolism when it comes to my stomach...I have always ate more than my girlfriends and hungry a LOT...

You are right. College student life...I need to start bringing lunch from home when I work. Also, I need to go buy some fresh fruit. I dont want to be on laxatives all my life.
Do you have a Fitbit?

Nope no worms. It's always embarrassing at restaurants...my girlfriends eat like birds and I'm just gobbling away. And no I'm not fat by any means...
When you go to the doctor in June request that they check your thyroid too.
