Yeah I know it probably sounds ridiculous and I’m sure most of it is just because I’m not used to doing stuff and moving and if I did that more, I’d probably be fine, and I should have been doing that stuff all along, but some of it is out of my control or not my fault or whatever. Like I never asked to get migraines but I do and yeah maybe some of them are from my lifestyle or something, I’m not sure, but not all of them are and I’ve gotten extremely sick, vomiting and unable to move, from the dumbest, most unpredictable things. Which sucks and I never asked for so yeah, I’m a little more cautious or hesitant to do some stuff I know will cause them.
