Individual items aren't as representative of overall ability as entire subtests which are made up of those items, and individual subtests aren't as representative as composite scores made up of multiple subtests. I also tend do worse on nonverbal pattern recognition tasks than on verbal tasks. I was able to get the items that I posted in this thread correct, however on the first one, my initial guess was wrong, but I corrected it before being told that it was incorrect.
