It's all the excess sugar that cause that kind of heartburn. You have to start eating better right now.
That could be! Although I’ve never usually gotten it from just sugar before and I eat a lot of it. These were pretty tart and also pretty big ones. :oops: so I think it’s because of the tartness but :confused:

But I’ve definitely gone back to eating horribly lately. :oops:

Or at least like the last week and a half or so. It started when I was dog sitting and lunch meat or chicken salad etc. was fast and easy. But I’m done with that now so need to go back to normal eating.

Thankfully we’re about out of all the bad stuff now and I just got a bunch more vegetables. I was starving though :oops:

I actually was eating tons of vegetables even when I was eating the sandwiches and stuff because I bought a veggie tray and some other veggies and ate it while I was dog sitting but then I got sick of eating the same 5 veggies over and over and over again :oops:
Have some fruit, too. I've found that red or black grapes are most often the sweetest. Oranges are just straight-up good for you, as are apples. Peaches are good, as well, and pears.
Peas with Parmesan cheese are delicious. Broccoli with cheese is delicious as well. Make a stir-fry one of these days, with peppers, peas, beans, carrots, and broccoli. Or boil or steam some cabbage -- it's delicious.

I did and blood squirted everywhere.
I hate it when I don't get them fast enough and they swell up... bloody little balloons, they are.
At least they haven't invaded my room yet. I find few things more irritating when I'm trying to sleep that a skeeter persistently whining in my ear and attempting to suck my blood like some kind of severely stunted vampire.

Fruit is a good idea! And maybe that would help curb some of my bad food needs or whatever because of the sugar. I mean, I wouldn’t eat like a ton or anything but just a little bit.

I like cheese but not really a huge cheese on my vegetables person. :oops:

The stir fry idea a fantastic idea though!!! And it’s funny you mention that because I was literally JUST thinking I should make that tonight because the 5 vegetables thing reminded me of it haha

The veggie tray had cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and celery, then I bought broccoli and cauliflower. I barely touched the tomatoes though and the cucumber went fast so it was mostly carrots and broccoli. 😂🤣 especially because we have like a million bags of carrots. And I was eating them all raw with ranch every single day except once I steamed broccoli and cauliflower 😂🤣

A half a tomato with cottage cheese.
That sounds delicious!

I still need to eat something. All I’ve had so far was the lemon bars, a mug of strong tea (accidentally way over steeped but I needed it 😂🤣🙈), and an little Apple cider vinegar, water, honey blend.
