I’ve never made my own sauces except for spaghetti and pizza sauce from canned tomatoes I have tried making my own mustard once. It was terrible! I look forward to. Trying this recipe. Thank you for sharing

Those silly northerners can't even eat black pepper...they think it's spicy.

I love spice. Bell peppers are not spicy, and if they are cooked, they become disgusting. I will scoop out the tasty looking stuff inside and eat that, though.

Not straight-up peppercorns, but as a flavoring. Sometimes.

The last time that I made stuffed peppers, I made this spicy-weird filling out of shredded cheese, salsa, and breadcrumbs.
It was actually pretty good... needed some onion, though.

To be entirely honest, at that point in time, I didn't really know what kind of stuffing goes in stuffed peppers.
I've heard of peppers with ground meat and sauce in them, but this is the first that I've heard of rice as part of the filling.

I've heard of peppers with ground meat and sauce in them, but this is the first that I've heard of rice as part of the filling.

Ground beef (or deer) goes in mine. Along with rice, onions, peppers, salt, pepper, garlic, oatmeal, an egg and a bottle of ketchup.
