I guess that I shouldn't have added sweet chili sauce... and fresh-cracked black pepper... and hot sauce... and a bit of sriracha....

Well... okay, yeah. My arms hurt by the end of it, but we had some five or six pounds of meat.
There might be enough left over for another meal.

I added chili powder and Louisiana hot sauce to mine tonight. I don’t normally do that so mine will be a little spicy too.
