Well i def check my email daily. Often I count on it for sales so is it part of my 8 day jobs? Idk.

I only have fb aside from this social media acct and only keep that other cuz its neccesary for the family to get kid pics.

"Bored" games @BantyChooks and @Texas Kiki i grew up w them as a family game night and hope i can do the same for my littles cuz it can be great fun if you involve yourself.

So at one point or another I have probably had all of them. But I don’t use all of them.

Only ones I really use are Facebook, Twitter, Spotify, Instagram, YouTube, and Safari (internet browser) and of course my email. And Ticketmaster for tickets.

And of those, I don’t even really use any daily except for BYC and sometimes Twitter. Only thing I really do on the others is check notifications (hate having the icons show up) and look at dog pics lmao

But I’ve had Tumblr (multiple accounts actually), multiple Twitter and YouTube accounts too (only use one each though currently), SnapChat, MySpace, a few of those live stream site things (YouNow, Stickam, Periscope), Kik/texting apps, AIM, etc.

Haven’t used most of those in years though and wouldn’t even be able to remember my password and most of the sites shut down anyway. And I don’t even know or use whatever new apps are out there. Never did have a Vine. But had a lot of others lol but mostly as a teenager haha

I’m really not active anywhere anymore except here. Even Twitter I barely use. I used to be all over every app and stuff but now I don’t really care about that stuff anymore.

I used to be a member of some dog forums too and also played a lot of dog and horse games online and stuff like that haha

Still a member of most of them I think but haven’t played the games in years and the forums I mostly joined this year or last year and made like one or two post and left haha

I really don’t use much social media anymore. It all bores me now.

Idk, I don’t like just mindless scrolling, and stop myself when I find myself doing it, which is mostly what I do on the other apps. Much prefer actual conversation haha

That’s a valid point but what if they don’t have WiFi or data or cell service where they are? Do you at least have a house phone? Any phone at all? What if it is a dire emergency and they need to reach you right this second and they can’t wait around for you to check your email cause by then it will be too late!?

What if they are being mauled by a bear or being tracked/chased by bad guys and need your urgent assistance!?

I’m not exactly gonna stop and take the time to type an entire email if I’m on the run from someone!! That’s just not practical. They’ll catch me!! It also leaves a digital fingerprint. Not safe.

Exactly!! Plus in an emergency situation that is just not practical. I mean, what am I gonna do, say “hey, wait, Bad Guy! Don’t shoot me yet! I need to sit and type an email to my friend first to come save me. Hold on”

I do lately but only because I hate seeing the uneven notification and want to get it back to even so I open the first few new ones daily but there was a time when I didn’t check it for like months and then now I’m too lazy to go back and reread all of them so now I’m really behind.

But I mostly get spam/promotions. Lists I signed up for but don’t really care about anymore lol
