➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

It’s a play on the word “persona.” It’s what furries call their animal alter ego, I guess.

My guilty pleasure.
:sick

My niece had this horribly huge blackhead on her chin, I couldn't stop staring at it.
They wouldn't let me pop in. :hit

Yea I’m plenty lazy too. I was hoping by some miracle you had started so I would be motivated to start too.
I can dream. :idunno

LMFAO.
Excuse you, my fursona would NEVER be seen in public wearing that!
I WILL finish it. I just gotta get the proper motivation. This week is supposed to be piping hot (for round these parts) and I will be spending as much of it in the bay after work as possible. The days I can't be in the water, perhaps would be a good time to start doing some art.

Whaaa. You’ve never dealt with fire ants before? Where is this magical fire-antless land you live in?
I have not. Western Washington lacks many of these awful burning, stinging, poisonous insects/arachnids and such. Eastern Washington has plenty.

She wouldn't pop it??? I mean, I can't really do the videos but if it's looking me in the face... well, that's another story.

What I wouldn’t do to live somewhere else... with snow and mountains and no fire ants. :(
We’re here because all the family is here and we like [most of] them too much.
Whack them all over the head in the middle of the night, tie them up, put them in a van, and drive to your new house in central ON.

Still not caught up, but have a few comments.

I am loving seeing others' art. I used to make lots and have not in recent years. I have been recruited/commissioned to do a few things this year though. I am drawing graphics and designing a label for a micro-brew in NC that Weeping Radish Brewery is putting out. It's not done and the beer has not yet been released so I can't share yet ;) Also I have been working on some graphics for snowskates.

Food is most definitely art and between the food talk on here and my Netflix addictions, I finally took time to make something today. I'm not big into cooking but thoroughly emojify baking and made some cheesecake brownies. I have never made them and they are still cooling, so hopefully they came out well. I used duck eggs instead of chicken eggs and substituted high altitude flour, so I'm optimistic.

I also love the rooster pics and I have really been wanting a rooster, but I'm trying to keep things on the DL because I may have a few more birds than I should right now.

Definitely thought I was dying today when it got up to the 80s. It's not the temp so much as the sun. The sun is way more intense at high altitude.
