I'd really suggest something closer to 40 at least for the first bit. In my (admittedly limited) experience, shipped eggs require higher humidity due to air cell issues. If I run 30 on shipped, they're almost dessicated in two weeks.

If in a week or whenever you candle the air cells are small, then you can lower it more. I don't have a climate/elevation like yours so YMMV.
