My regular glass old school looking thermometer is good.
That black square looking thermometer sucks...the humidity gauge is part of the black square.

How the heck can I figure out how off that is (the humidity level)without having another to compare it to?
I probably need to go to nasty Walmart and buy another humidity thing right?

No. For your hygrometer, you do a salt test. You can read about calibration of hygrometers and thermometers in "Hatching Eggs 101". That article is a treasure trove of important stuff about incubation.

Doing a drive by.

A package of Skinner spaghetti noddles 12 oz says it contains 6 servings.

6!
6 servings for a Milk Drinker...maybe.
No way this is going to be 6 servings for a normal adult.

I have never cooked just 1 package at a time but I am doing it right now as a side experiment.

Who makes up these serving numbers?
The same people that make up the numbers for the prefab coops?
