Wasn't able to talk to the driver, but the chicks were at the local post office this morning and, thankfully, were still alive. I had a tortuous 40 minute wait, where I could hear peeps through the back door to the post office, but there wasn't anyone there yet to let me in.

The chicks were not in great shape, but some TLC and nutri-drench has helped. 6 look really good now, and the 7th is hanging in there.

When my ducklings got lost by USPS, then located on day 3, I got to the post office and was so terrified, I was rude, cut in line, I too could hear peeping...folks seemed mad, but once I opened the box and picked them up all the people in line were melting and forgot they were mad at me...lol
