When she first got it, I told her to sell it to me if she got sick of it. She called about 2 months later saying she hates it and could sell to me for $8k and showed me what she paid. I ABOUT HIT THE FLOOR. I told her to try consignment because I couldn't come close to that. Consignment failed, she said we could take it. I said hell no, and gave her a measly payment with an offer of slave labor in the future.

No I find that real leather doesn't destroy as fast. My couch is still in great shape after only a couple of years so maybe 3?
