I watched a video last night. Cut head off...pull skin off, cut spine scoop out insides. Looks pretty easy. We shall see.

I did it and I’ve never even killed anything before. Hubby always guts the fish we catch.
I usually cut the spine right out and butterfly open. Then it’s super easy to get all the insides out. And the dog gets a nice meal out of it.

And I have a friend that makes resin jewelry so I pluck some pretty feathers so she can make things. I’m excited to see what she comes up with!

Also, the skinny pelvic bones on the tiny cockerels will scrape your hands up something fierce. Not good when you're elbow deep in raw chicken, eh? So just be careful of that. CX have so much more room in there.

If you aren't planning on a cooking method that requires the chicken to be whole (stuffed and roasted), there is no reason not to cut through the ribs and separate the breast from the rest of the carcass so you can easily get to the insides.

Oh, dear Kiki - YES!!! The whole reason this came up (at work) is because I naturally assumed that EVERYONE killed people in their dreams. I have killed many people. Usually it take's a lot longer than I think it will and most of the time it's really, really violent. Like I have to beat people to death to get where I'm going. Almost always strangers. Before anyone says anything, I don't play any video games at all.
I have also murdered someone I work with.

Um.....that person you work with...that was in a dream, right? .

Kinda sounds like we have a serial killer on our forum!
