They’re all I wear on my feet. The only problem I sometimes have is there isn’t much support, and I have high arches.

My mom and sister have bunions and usually have the same problem as you, but they love toms because they stretch.

I also have very high arches. I wear orthotics too, which puts my heel high up in the shoe. A lot of the time they flip off.

i guess some fit lol. I think also with online there's fits and fits (good enough cause I don't feel like sending them back so I'll deal with them).

I love my Cochins! Fortunately I had hatched about 15 this year. The bobcat got all but one adult rooster that was not their sire. So I can rebuild that little flock. Their OO-ohh talk is endearing.

Does anyone use elderberry for allergy/ cold prevention & relief? Just wondering if the syrups you can buy work and if I need to look for anything specific when choosing the one I buy.

I make an Elderberry Elixor every year just for cold and flu season. Found the recipe on line. We keep a bottle in the fridge...take a tsp three or four times a day...cuts a cold in half

I love crocs. They're easy to clean and can be both chicken and town shoes. Water doesn't ruin them, dirt doesn't stain them.

Please name them. I know that sweet potatoes need to be cured but had never heard of this relating to regular potatoes which I have eaten raw or cooked without ever "curing" them.

Leave the skin on small potatoes, boil until fork tender and then wipe the skin off. Add melted butter, salt and pepper and enjoy.

Red Pontiac, Irish bakers. Both are favorites here. Grow both. Greenish skin can be avoided if ground is covered with straw.

Just chased off a MASSIVE tortie cat that was stalking my chickens. Absolutely huge.

I so want to wear some girlie type shoes. Even something like Toms or even a ked style. A couple of weeks ago I went to a skechers store hoping to find something colourful. Nope. Even a size 11 was too small

I have huge feet too but my Toms do fit lol although they annoy me wity the elastic tight on top of my foot lol that's how they are but ya

I'm usually 11 or 12. Or 11 1/2. Mostly have to wear mens shoes cause none of the womens are ever big enough.

I also have very wide feet and a high instep so it can be hard to find shoes that fit. Especially cute ones and not hideously ugly ones. Cause men's shoes typically don't come in cute colors

Clothes are annoying too cause I'm almost 5' 11". I swear I used to actually be 5' 11", maybe I'm shrinking LOL I think I'm like 5' 10 3/4? Idk. Almost 6'. Tall and long legs and everything is made for cute short tiny girls LOL

That is because everything is cute and fits in a size 2. If you are rubenesque and have bedrock feet it isn't so easy!

I’m a size 8.5 thank you very much!

It’s actually because I buy the same types of shoes over and over so there’s no need to test them out in-store anymore lol.

I have a weird thing with anything going across the top of my bony foot. I can't stand it and I end up focusing on it until it drives me mad. I had a pair of acorn shoes (totally comfortable) with that type of top and I had to give them away because they drove me nuts. This is entirely a personal problem, I can say that for sure! If I had my choice, I would be barefoot at all times.

Ah I see, that’s understandable. I wish I could be barefoot all the time, but Toms and flip flops are the next best thing for me.
