Is balut common in your area?

From a google search I found that it is accessible, although I'll have to find chicken balut (I have too many ducks already)

I don't know if balut eggs are refrigerated or not but it seems incredible that you have viable embryos developing after sitting who-knows-how-long for sale good job

that sucks. if you still had those eggs you would have to "sit" on them.. maybe come up with a back up plan for when you get the next eggs and power goes out.

It's back on now. It didn't stay out too long...I never even thought about having a power outage. We normally only deal with them during hurricane season.

If the darn thunder would shut up my dogs would calm down and I might be able to fall back to sleep. 4am here and I just should not be awake right now. I don't even have eggs to sit and watch.
