Ok we’ve got lots of room now.
Heat lamp on one end so everyone can regulate heat as required.
The big one keeps choosing full heat between eating/drinking.

I was away for the weekend and I came back today to all the younger quails that were outside dead except one including my lovely pastel! There was a storm last night and they may have gotten chilled although they were feathered.
I plopped the live one who was quite lethargic in the brooder to warm her quickly. She’s since started eating and drinking and moving about.
I don’t think it’s safe to leave her there with the littles, so I’ll set her up a spot but I don’t want her to be alone either.
