Awww! I'm sry about Marilyn Manson. He is handsome! I see furry feet. Is he a Brahma or Cochin? I don't know all the dif breeds as I'm still learning.

I doubt I'll ever even begin to know all the breeds ... there are so many! He was a Bantam Cochin. A real sweetheart. Cochins and Brahmas look super similar to me as well. I can only tell them apart by their combs. Cochins have a single comb and Brahmas have a pea comb.
Ozzie is also a Bantam Cochin, but he's much larger and less round. Also, he's a d-head.

Ahhh.. different combs. Ok. I remember back a ways in this thread when you got Ozzie. I forget what he looked like tho. Is a shame he's a jerk. Does he just have a superiority complex or is he not nice to his girls? My silkie Bowie is trying to be good. He is constantly trying to tidbit and what not. But dang if he doesn't try to peck or grab like crazy at their heads/necks/combs. What is really funny is when he has hopped on one of the australorps and they try walking with him still up there. I think of a cowboy on a bull every single time and it cracks me up. And yes, he always falls off. :gig

Ozzie is a pretty good roo to the girls. He's an excellent tid-bitter, and comes running if he hears a squawk. I think it drives him a little crazy to have the girls all go in different directions. They don't exactly stick together all the time. He usually tries to stick with the ones that wander the furthest, and guards them while they lay their eggs. I'm probably being unfair in comparing him to Marilyn, but I can't help myself. In my defense, Ozzie is a sneaky butthole that likes to come at you when your back is turned and also likes to chase off strangers. You know, strangers like my niece and nephew, my sister, and my mom. He typically doesn't attack men.
I have a great image in my head of a tiny silkie riding a big girl! You should try to capture this on film!
