You don't understand...I even managed to kill a zucchini plant...![]()
Black thumb, eh? My sister has one of those. I can get almost anything to grow, but the little sister kills everything she touches!I wish I didn't kill every plant i've ever put in the ground... what I would give to have a backyard garden!!
Radishes, too, especially the round types and short fingerlings. They are an exceptional first food growing success choice!Oh that’s not too bad. Have you tried potatoes? They are pretty fool proof. Anything that’s a root vegetable is usually really easy. Carrots, turnips, etc. if you can grow grass you can grow asparagus too! I believe in ya!
Here, some proof of my sanity: the 11 Leghorns and 1 Australorp I got plus a bantam I hatched last month. I wasn't going to get any Australorps this year, but they only had the 11 Leghorns and I just couldn't get an odd number of chicks.
I've missed you all SO MUCH, you crazy chickies!!
Same here, but in my defense, we're still getting snow.Same boat here. I haven’t disked my field up yet or even bought seeds. We still have a few more frost days that I can procrastinate on!

I've killed potatoes... twice. And carrots... twice. Going to try them again this year. Maybe 3rd times the charm.Oh that’s not too bad. Have you tried potatoes? They are pretty fool proof.
