I was worried about that which is why I normally don’t make them but honestly I think it really helps having it all written down and having clear goals you can check off as you go. I know it’s gonna make me feel like I actually accomplished something and feel better seeing it checked off cause sometimes I don’t think I did much but seeing it checked off and seeing that I did will help I think.

Tbh I’ve been like that lately too, I’ve been in a bit of a funk myself for months and haven’t really accomplished jack shit, but for me, the less I accomplish the worse I feel, so I’ve been trying to do more lately. It can be really hard and some days I can barely even get out of bed, eat, shower, do basic shit, which I included all that on the list, to remind myself to do it, but I also realized I can’t sit around forever and at some point I gotta force myself to do shit. Easier said than done but I’m doing it today and I believe you can too.
