Feeling a bit anxious and weird today, palms are all sweaty and my stomachs all in knots for some reason and of course a bit off from not having eating or drunken anything yet today and barely sleeping but that’s not stopping me like it normally would. Gonna hydrate, caffeinate, get a snack, and head outside. I’ve got stuff to do. :D
That’s weird, so have I. I woke up nauseous and can’t shake it.
I feel sick.. like, sick sick, with a fever or something.

It’s the second day of school and I’m already falling apart... :hmm
 
But what if making a list takes away from time that you could use to actually get stuff done?
The list reclaims all of the time it took making it because you aren't pausing between tasks considering what to do next. Just check something off and go to the next thing!

I was worried about that which is why I normally don’t make them but honestly I think it really helps having it all written down and having clear goals you can check off as you go. I know it’s gonna make me feel like I actually accomplished something and feel better seeing it checked off cause sometimes I don’t think I did much but seeing it checked off and seeing that I did will help I think.

The sleep issue has contributed to other problems, like with school, etc. that has made me pretty depressed.

Tbh I’ve been like that lately too, I’ve been in a bit of a funk myself for months and haven’t really accomplished jack shit, but for me, the less I accomplish the worse I feel, so I’ve been trying to do more lately. It can be really hard and some days I can barely even get out of bed, eat, shower, do basic shit, which is why I included all that on the list, to remind myself to do it, but I also realized I can’t sit around forever and at some point I gotta force myself to do shit. Easier said than done but I’m doing it today and I believe you can too. :hugs

I don’t think I’m sick sick thankfully but just super anxious and off :/ think it’s partially the lack of sleep though so I’m hoping some caffeine and accomplishing stuff will help me feel better haha

Although usually caffeine makes me more anxious but I have to wake up and get something done today.

That’s what I tell myself a lot, that I’m being lazy or a loser or whatever, so I figure if I actually accomplish stuff, I can’t call myself that anymore. :lau

So my goal is to get as much done as possible and actually be proud of myself for accomplishing something for once :lau :hide
