I was planning on doing a ton more physical stuff today but woke up feeling like total shit so I might need to change my list up and do some easier stuff. Or I might try to force myself anyway. Idk yet. We’ll see.

But yeah, I’m definitely gonna put it away. I actually might just not use it from now until like tonight or at least this afternoon haha do have to use it briefly to post pictures of the dog but then after that I think I’ll just put it away and get stuff done all afternoon.

Idk if I should force myself to do the physical stuff though or if I should do some stuff I haven’t crossed off yet from the old list.

I should probably do some of the easier stuff.

I completely exhausted myself and wore myself down yesterday and now I’m sick. :/

Course I was probably going to get sick anyway, my dad’s had a cold for a few days, but still, completely running myself ragged yesterday and then not sleeping on top of it probably didn’t help. :hide

I’m always awake before noon lately :lau

I just don’t normally always post right away but I’ve been getting up like 9 or 10 lately, or sometimes 11 lol

Last night I happened to barely sleep. Tried to fall back asleep some this morning, didn’t really work but I stayed in bed anyway. Did sleep some I guess. But I initially woke up at like 5:30, quarter to 6 (after having gone to bed at like quarter to 3) and couldn’t go back to sleep but I think I eventually did and woke up around 8 or 9, idk. Tried to stay in bed and sleep more lol I think it worked cause I woke up just after 10 :lau

Anyway, I should have put the phone down and gone to bed at like 11 but even then I don’t think it would have worked because I was so wired. Idk why. But I couldn’t sleep cause of it cause I wasn’t tired despite all that work. :(

Maybe tonight I will be able to sleep more. I am going to try putting the phone down and reading a book.

I think I am coming down with a cold though or already have one. Woke up feeling like total crap this morning but I’m going to take some vitamins or some cold medicine or something and hopefully feel better haha

I wish I could just stay in bed all day but I also have to work today so I gotta at least do that. Thankfully that’s only like a half hour, hour and then I can rest. But I’m not going to, not to worry. Just that I could ha but I’m gonna get a ton done. Made a new list for today.

But I might need to change a few things. Not sure if I’m up for all the physical labor again after all the work I did yesterday, still completely sore and stiff from that on top of being sick, so may need to do some inside stuff instead, but we will see. Depends if I feel better later or not.

For now I don’t think I am up for breakfast so just going to try a banana.

You can't go to the gym and lift weights like a maniac one day and expect to not be sore.

It will take you a while to get used to moving more each day.
Do not go nuts again today but DO NOT do nothing either.

Suck it up. Do a little tough for you work today and then spend the rest of the time cleaning your room. That is not hard work.
 
Also I know some of the stuff on my new list seems stupid to include and/or is stuff I do anyway but I’m addicted to checking boxes now so I included extra boxes. :lau
Slowly and soon those easy must do things will need to come off.:old
Like starting next week.

I’m sure I’ll feel better later, wasn’t saying I was gonna do nothing, but yesterday I went crazy yanking raspberries and pulling grass out so I just meant I wasn’t sure if I should be shoveling multiple tractor loads of shavings today ha but I think I’m going to force myself too or at least clean the coop. That’s easy enough.

And yeah, cleaning my room isn’t hard, by hard I meant like actually hard, like going crazy shoveling or weeding again :lau

Maybe I'll have some microwave popcorn :pop. Yesterday, all I had for the first part of the day was an ice cream bar and a half a bag of microwave popcorn in the morning, and then I ate around 5 PM
