We have central heat and air. Even though our winters are mild compared to some it gets cold enough here to cause some serious discomfort without heat. And again it tends to be a nasty wet cold here too so very uncomfortable. Gotta have my central heat.

We have heat too but I think I only actual used it five times this past Winter.

I think she means like a doctor doctor to help with the depression. Maybe you could get on some medicine or something.

Or even find a new therapist. I think you need to do that.

I'm not taking medication. One time I was prescribed some anxiety medication, and it took away my appetite, and I lost a lot of weight. It also have me a tremor, and made it so I didn't have much of a short term memory. I didn't take it for long, but I'm over 6 feet tall and it caused my weight to drop from around 125 pounds to about 100 pounds, and that's dangerous.

The dry spell we’ve been in ended today.
On my way back from class.
I had a very refreshing 20 minute shower.

Just pull your hair up in a bun and no one will know you are soaking wet.

You guys will probably pass out at this but sometimes, even in the middle of winter, I don’t turn the heat on in my room and just use a ton of blankets.

Or if I do have it on, it is on so low I can’t feel it. Just barely, a tiny bit of heat, just to take the edge off and so the pipes don’t freeze, but not because I actually want the heat

I prefer to hibernate.
