I need lessons on letting stuff go.
Many times I have donate stuff only to find a need for it later.
Of course now I can't find what I want and waste more time looking for it than to go to town and get new

It's easy one you actually start.
I had a hard time starting but it's fun to have less stuff.
Neater, cleaner and easier to find.

I go through all my clothes once a year and get rid of more and more. I rarely purchase new stuff because I don't need it, but my mom has a habit of buying clothes for me. I take after my dad, I suppose. She buys us both clothes. Otherwise, we live in our old threadbare rags with holes in them.

Yeah if I don’t brush my hair it turns into knots soooo fast!! Overnight even LOL even brushing daily. I have to brush it daily and also use conditioner or it will knot.

That said, I’ve started to hate having so much stuff and have been trying to throw some of it. Or donate at least haha

But I still can never part with my band merch or books lol

That said, I have way too much pet stuff too. I buy so much for them lol

I just bought a cat tree the other day.

But it was cheap and Luna’s never had one.

I comb it out once a week and keep it up the rest of the time. I don't think I've tried keeping it down for at least a decade now. It just doesn't work.

Having curly hair, I need to keep a comb around! I've considered throwing it out and just shaving my head...
I'm not a fan of stuff either. I don't even have a full dresser, because I don't need it. My animals have more personal effects than I do.

The little sister has lots of curly hair too. She also does not brush it, but I think she does the whole conditioner finger brushing in the shower deal.

But I’m trying to at least get like bins or containers for the stuff I do have. Not the big ones but like little ones. I tried to tell myself to just throw the little stuff away but I can’t so I figure I can at least get a bin or something for the chargers and make it neater. I hate having loose stuff at least haha

But like the other night I tried to go through the one little bin I had left, thinking it would take me like 5, 10 minutes, it took me like 45 cause I didn’t want to get rid of any of it ended up just putting it all back in the bin haha

Although I did get rid of some of the stuff. But same situation as in the store. Standing there stressed out over it lol

Mostly cause I’m trying to go a little too extreme too fast and get rid of too much/everything and feeing bad over not haha

my dad and brother are the same!! And have no problem going out in or wearing stained, torn clothes. Mortifies my mother and DB’s fiancée.

I myself do buy clothes but I hate shopping so I mostly only go when my mother forces me lol but I need to go through my closet because we’ve bought a lot of nice/girly clothes on various shopping trips but all I ever wear is band tee shirts and shorts or jeans or these one pair of pants tbh

So I should probably start wearing or donate most of it haha

Yeah, tbh I don’t really brush it every day either. I usually wear it up too unless I’m going to like a show or dinner or something haha

It does get a little knotted but not really noticeable up.

Omg. I’m crying tears.
I just let the dogs out for a pee and THREE newborn baby geckos ran into the house. As I’m trying to catch them and not squish them, Theia pokes a stink bug and gets a nice dose of stink right up the nose.
She starts zooming all over the house sneezing and rubbing her nose on everything as I’m trying to hold Triumph still so he doesn’t step on baby geckos that are hiding in his foot fluff and I’m just dying of laughter.

Geckos are fine.. Theia is fine.. stink bug is not so fine. I wish I had that on video.
