Looks like an introductory level class. Lots of vocabulary. Lots of inorganic. Inorganic naming is easier than organic, so they teach you the easy stuff first.

Just keep in mind, this is the easy stuff. The hard stuff comes later.

It gets easier in the sense that it’s more satisfying the deeper in you get. I certainly find it easier to push myself in veterinary parasitology vs. a waste of a time sink like theater history or whatever.
But no, the classes definitely do not get easier. Not to mention the pressure of job/volunteer hours, student organizations, grad school prep, etc., is a whole ‘nother animal.

I gave up on the charts. I’m going through each nutrient systematically and then maybe the charts will come naturally.

She specifically said that we “don’t have to memorize the charts,” but we’ll need to be able to explain all of the processes in detail on them.

That’s a great idea!! They say physically rewriting them really helps you learn/commit it to memory better as does reading it out loud. They say reading it out loud three times in a row will commit it or should.
