I was craving the smell of a apple pie cooking but I didn't want to make one so I bought the frozen one from the store.

It doesn't even smell my house up.
What a waste.

I'm going to bake challah today. Mmmm. Nothing better than the smell of freshly baked bread.

That or homemade cinnamon rolls...
Don't get me wrong, chocolate chip cookies are also good.
Then there is banana nut bread slathered in butter. Freshly baked or toasted. I really like the toasted option on a cold winter morning.

But I really didn’t think that was normal for that far south?

Probably shouldn’t have included Texas in that category since I know Texas probably gets colder than the other states but still. I didn’t think it got much colder than like 40s or 50s in the winter in the south. At least like Florida and Louisiana and stuff.

Maybe it depends how far north you are or gets colder at night.

I thought you guys were all pretty far south though.

Also, for the record, I was mostly kidding. Of course I didn’t really think they don’t sell that stuff there, I’m not that dumb lol, but I’m sure they don’t have as big a selection of winter stuff as they do here.

Challah is egg bread. I agree it's amazing freshly baked. It makes an incredible french toast too.

Nah you can buy winter clothes anywhere.
But stuff like quality ski jackets or snow boots you usually have to go to a sports store, not Walmart or whatever.

For some odd reason, I've been having a really hard time finding succulents lately. I bought a small cactus about 2 months ago.... I've managed to kill it already.
