I was thinking about that, but I actually think I like the whole chicken thing better. They have so much texture in their faces. I'll bet doing a turkey would be fun. I'll bet there is a certain someone with amazing turkey pics to provide as reference photos on here somewhere too.

I think I'll send it to Banty instead. I gotta let it sit a little while, though, so the pastels don't smear. I think if I lay down parchment paper, then cardboard, and more cardboard, that it will be ok.
