Exactly what I do. It’s gotten me through many interviews and meetings with department heads without puking in the school/company toilet. Lol.

My dissertation proposal defense is on Friday morning and I am praying I don't throwup before (or during!) the presentation.

If running around all over the house like a mad woman and being unable to sit still/focus on anything because I had way too much caffeine today counts as doing something then yes.

But for real though, I did manage to apply to some jobs at least and did some laundry.

But I’ve been so anxious and unable to sit still even without the phone.

I just keep running around or getting up for this or that.

But I’ve been applying which is the most important thing I guess, right?.

Haven’t called the therapist or hair place yet because I’ve been too focused on applying and also decided I’m way too hyped up and anxious to call the therapist. Don’t need to spike my anxiety anymore than it already is.

That’s true but I think they were just saying that so I wouldn’t feel like it’s the only option.

I’m sure it really helps the people that need it.

I think mine is mild enough I won’t but I do need a therapist I think as well as to go outside more

And of course the job.

Yeah I know there's more than one way to deal with it, but once it's severe there's really nothing but medication. I don't want people thinking they're bad for taking medication for it that's why I share my experience.

My doctor has had me talk to several of his patients about ways to deal with depression and also helping them understand it's okay to take meds. I know from experience, he just knows because he's a doctor. He's making me go to this Christmas party this weekend for a support group for pulmonary hypertension... Many of them are negative and it bugs me. He tells me it's only a few hours then I can go back to my farm
