I did have 150+ pairs of shoes. I'm down to 30 now. I donated them because I didn't wear them all and others could use them.

It's really easy. You just follow some diagrams. The wiring involved is not at all complicated and it's even less complicated if you use a wafer thermostat instead of a digital one.Oh wow that looks awesome! I'm not smart enough to build one on my own!
