We all need to have healthy fats. Restricting fat and adding carbs to the food pyramid may have contributed to Alzheimer disease too

How's the coop renovations? I know they are more important than the house.

I've tried twice to get more puppy pictures. The little buggers are squirmy and won't cooperate. We have one with a heart on it's chest. Again, I need an able assistant to get good pictures. Little buggers are getting strong and obstinate. Eyes should be opening soon. They are getting mobile and squeal when they get lost, cold and alone. You'd think they'd figure out how to stay under momma.

I do need to add more nuts to my diet. I love Almonds and pecans. Walnuts hurt my mouth but that might be something to do with the oil them.

Had really bad weather here Saturday and family in town yesterday, but DH is off tomorrow and Wednesday. Hen is holding her own right now. Will be watching for her to get off the nest today so I can get a better look. Thanks for asking, and thank you for realizing the importance of nurses everywhere.

Be careful, I found out I get gout if I eat a lot of tree nuts or peanuts after talking with Dad and his gout issues. Did you know roasted soy beans will also cause gout? Doctor, it hurts when I eat nuts...
