Nah not usually although occasionally. Usually the regular one will turn into a migraine if I do get one.
And yeah I know.

I should probably get it checked out. I actually was having them less for a while but now I’ve been getting them again. Coincidentally I also stopped taking the supplement I was taking so that may be part of it. I think I’m going to start again and see if it helps. It was 400 mg each magnesium and riboflavin and it’s supposed to really help with migraines and it did seem to work or at least make them a lot less frequent but I keep forgetting to take it lately & haven’t in a while. I think it’s also partly diet related although oddly I ate very healthy this morning and still got one and some of my usual problem foods haven’t been causing them so
I thankfully haven’t had one in a little while but apparently when it comes back it hits hard and gives me a bad one
