➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

Years ago I had a dog and someone appeared on my porch that had a see through glass door at around 11 PM, said he was walking to Metairie from Hammond and was lost so needed to use the phone. He would have had to walk across a 12 mile bridge over water and then another 10 miles through Metairie to get to my house. The dog almost went through the glass door to get to him. Needless to say he left, I still say good dog doing his job.

Must have heard something he really didn't like, he is doing his job well, I disagree @KikisGirls, sorry, good dog gets lots of treats and a pat on the head from me for good measure. :smack
We were thinking squirrel, as she's obsessed with them. We were a tad upset at the time. But all is forgiven now.

EXTRA dog treats for dogs who scared bad people away!

You don't have to be a puppy to cause problems. Last night my 6 year old shepherd mix heard something and barreled outside -- right through the screen door. Tore the screen, bent the frame and kindly removed the entire pesky screen door from the tracks.

Did she get it? Whole door and ???

Ahhh! Squirrel! We like squirrels! They go squeak! squeak! Crunch!

She has brought us back large, freshly killed squirrels on a couple of occasions. My husband, bless him, skinned the squirrels and cooked down the meat for dog food, as he hated to see a creature killed for nothing. The pups would have probably eaten it raw, but we felt better about cooking it.

Bluebirds. Boom feathers in 2 days.
Looks like only 4 now. One fail to hatch? Have to check for shells.
